The Inner Empowerment Circles are invite only, so how do I get on the list?

Can I host a private customized Inner Empowerment Circle or Mobile PAMPERING Station?
Yes. In fact, we encourage you to do so. We love hosting small to mid-size group settings where you invite your family & friends; engage up close and personal with designers, decorators, consultants, and coaches; and sip a refreshing beverage of your choice. Email wtg.gallerystudio@gmail.com for more details or call the main office at 203-490-7870.
Can I make a Mobile PAMPERING Station appointment with one of your fashion & hair stylist and makeup artist?
Yes. While we accept only 30 women to receive a full rejuvenation session, we are accommodating walk-in's for specific soft services. We highly recommend making an appointment so we can have a steady schedule for our stylists & artist prior to the event and ensure you have a seat. Unfortunately, without an appointment, we can’t guarantee an open seat.
Are there fees associated with having a stylist or artist?
Yes. You have the option to purchase a Rejuvenation Session ticket to secure a seat in the station, to schedule an appointment as a walk-in, or take your chances at the event to getting a seat. We'll post and announce our styling services rate sheet prior to and during the event.
Will I be able to purchase suggested items from the fashion stylist while at the event?
Yes. Fashion Designers work closely with the stylist to ensure we bring a wide range of styles, to not only give guest real-time dressing suggestions & try-on's, but to also offer certain pieces for on-site sales. Some designers accept on-site orders that include direct shipping; however, if you have a special request, make sure to let us know and we'll do our best to accommodate you.
Can I bring a guest?
Yes. Be sure to select the ticket option for 2 or call for group (5+) rates. To make sure you both receive all the time and attention you deserve, we recommend you note on your Brand Profile Questionnaire your desire to be seated or booked together - creating memorable experiences for you both!
How long is a Rejuvenation Session appointment?
Approximately one (1) hour for the hair, makeup, and fashion part, about another 15-20 minutes for the headshot photo shoot and 1 hr for the boudoir appointments. You will be directed on all necessary information pertaining to your ticket selection in your welcome packet once you reserve.
What's your return policy on physical purchases?
Since we work with independent designers, policies are theirs to make. You will need to contact your designer or vendor directly, however, we can tell you that all the participants we select to work with have very accommodating customer service policies and am sure you'll remain satisfied with their terms. Will I be able to purchase any of the artwork, photos, or items in the creative booths?
Yes. If you see a piece promoted prior to an event, just call the office at 203-490-7870 to discuss how you can own it. If its something you see at an event, just ask one of the hospitality team members and they'll be happy to direct you on how to go about it. Some designers in creative booths will handle their own selling process.
Can I reserve a seat in all three (3) project components?
Yes. Every time you reserve a seat and attend, you receive a raffle ticket. These tickets are for the prize drawing at the annual Photo Exhibit and you will be able to drop in all of your collected tickets. We also do special things and have exclusive perks for those who attend several circles or stations throughout the year unrelated to the prize drawing. Ask about our referral bonus if you'd like to gift someone with a reservation - not applicable for the reservations booked for 2 or more.
What can I expect during the whole experience?
Right from the beginning you'll feel special. Our expert team, from administration to sales & marketing to production & operations teams, we aim to make each experience unique; another reason to carefully answer your Brand Profile questions. Anything used for event purposes that contains your personal information is kept in utmost confidentiality and not shared with third parties for any reason. Information is used solely for event preparation purposes. Each segment of the event is designed to mix learning, bonding, and being pampered into it; from the vendors, creative booths and the fun activities planned. By time you leave, you will feel invigorated, motivated, and inspired to fearlessly proceed with creativity!
